DANCE MEDITATION FOR WOMEN

Loona Dance ® was established in 2011 by my personal dance experience. I could not find a dance course on the market that had the mix of technique and experience in order to deal with women‘s topics at the same time. From the experience I gained in the field of experiential and choreographic dance, a dance concept for women was born, which soon became a popular inspirational dance evening for many women, and it spread out very quickly. Since the dance lessons became full to over capacity, I decided to open a school accredited by the MŠMT for new lunar dancers - new teachers – called LOONA DANCE ACADEMY so that the dance concept could be spread out around the Czech Republic and Slovakia and was easily accessible to more women. I see Loona dance as a tool of self recognition for both the teachers and participants of the lessons.
